Dawn Surf Session

An hour west of Lisbon, the Atlantic swells arrive clean and uncrowded at dawn. This session departs Lisbon at 6am, reaching Cascais or Guincho beach as the sun rises over the Serra de Sintra hills — the water glassy, the lineup empty.

Your coach is a certified ISA instructor who has taught on these beaches for over a decade. Sessions are calibrated to your level: complete beginners learn to pop up and ride whitewash; intermediate surfers work on turning and reading waves. Maximum four students per coach ensures real feedback and real improvement.

All equipment is provided. Transport from central Lisbon is included; the van drops you back in Cais do Sodré by midday.
